Privacy Policy

Last updated 25 June 2026

This policy explains how huni Beauty Limited ("huni", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit beehuni.com, join our launch waitlist, or buy from us. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

huni is preparing to launch (September 2026). Until then the main data we hold is the email address you give us to join the waitlist or newsletter. This policy should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before public launch and updated as our processing grows.

What we collect

How we use it

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent for marketing emails (withdrawable at any time), on contract to fulfil orders, and on our legitimate interests to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Email & marketing

Waitlist and newsletter sign-ups are managed in Klaviyo. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by emailing buzz@beehuni.com.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that help us operate - for example our email platform (Klaviyo), transactional email (Resend), hosting (Cloudflare) and, once live, payment and delivery partners. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept only as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email buzz@beehuni.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
